ADMINISTRATOR – DAVID HIBARGER

Oversees all staff and personnel, financial matters, medical care, medical supplies, facilities, and other duties as specific positions demand.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR – RAYMOND D JENNINGS, MD

Primary Doctor for Meadowood Nursing Center. Will be responsible for residents care to ensure all arc improving in health and the quality of life.

DIRECTOR OF NURSING SERVICES –  LENA BLUFORD, RNIRECTOR

The Director of Nursing assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility. Ensures that each resident maintains the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

SOCIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR – ELIZABETH MIRAVALLE

Responsible for patient assessments, care planning and helping the patients and families adjust to their new surroundings or occupations.

DIRECTOR OF DIETARY SERVICES – JOHN COLE

Manages nutrition consulting, meal planning, inventory control, budgeting and purchasing. Any questions or concerns regarding your diet plan or food from the kitchen please speak with the Dietary Manager.

ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR – DAISY HERNANDEZ

Designs programs to encourage socialization, provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment, and improve daily living skills.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE DIRECTOR – JOHN GWIN

Duties include preventative maintenance, safety checks, grounds maintenance, and quality control.

MEDICAL RECORD DIRECTOR – MARTHA RAMIREZ

File all patients’ medical records and information. Supply the nursing department with the appropriate documents and forms.

ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR – BRITTNEY SMITH

Admits patients to facility by maintaining admitting guidelines; marketing programs; obtaining applicant information; screening applicants; completing admissions process; resolving patient dissatisfactions.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING – SHAVON HENLEY, LVN

Nurse and tend patients upon admission into a healthcare facility setting. Assess and evaluate patient’s health for nursing care

DIRECTOR OF STAFF DEVELOPMENT – JEAN PARRIOTT, LVN

Training and development director that helps plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge.

BILLING OFFICE – PEGGY SIMPSON

Manage the daily operations and strategic objectives of the accounts receivable cycle through design, implementation, maintenance, and management. Any questions about insurance coverage or billing please sec Peggy.

NURSING SUPPORT CLERK/TRANSPORTATION – TANASHA EDWARDS

Duties include preparing documentation and organization for nursing staff, set up labs, physician orders, setting up appointments, as well as arranging transportation to appointments if needed.

HOUSEKEEPING LAUNDRY/ CENTRAL SUPPLY – DIANA HANKE

Performs a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain resident rooms, hallways, offices, and public areas of the facility by cleaning, disinfecting and replenishing supplies in assigned areas. Ensures the supply of clean laundry throughout die home. Maintains a clean, tidy and safe environment for the residents to live in.
